Brooks Ghost 12

Description

The Brooks Ghost 12 maintains the same blend of soft cushioning and energy return that it is known for, while updating it with a fresh look and improved upper.
The new and improved engineered mesh with 3D fit Print upper on the Brooks Ghost 12 can stretch and structure just where it is needed to give you the combination of breathability, comfort and fit that makes it seam like it disappears on your foot. The midfoot combines BioMoGo DNA and DNA Loft to get just the right combination of soft cushioning with energy return responsiveness to give you a smooth and balanced ride and it feels even lighter than before. A segmented crash pad cushions every step further by using an integrated system of shock absorbers to give smooth heel to toe transitions. Flex grooves in the outsole optimise flexibility in the forefoot.
