The Nike Womens Free Metcon 5 is built for all kinds of training when a secure combo of stability and flexibility are called for. Boasting a hybrid design with a lightweight, flexible upper and a flat, wide heel. Updated breathable mesh in the upper helps you stay cool and comfortable whatever routine you are taking on. The agility-focused Nike Free forefoot allows you to move explosively in all directions, with stretchy and supportive ankle to promote natural movement, ideal for planks, burpees or sprints. The Metcon's chunky heel remains present and correct at the rearfoot, giving you the stability you need for lifting. For ease of wear, webbing eyelets distribute pressure and lock you in during quick stops and cuts.
