Using a glorious looking Jacquard Air mesh upper, the Mizuno Wave Rider keeps it desirability high, and with a sculpted tongue, pull heel tab and flexible PU print overlays, the upper brings all the hold and comfort you could wish for as well. The hugely durable, and highly rated X 10 rubber is used in the outsole for great traction that will last mile after mile. Within the midsole, Mizuno have used the same Enerzy foam as in previous models, but now include a large section of foam below the wave plate made from Enerzy Nxt.
